C onstruction Laborer —Commercial & IndustrialTradeWorX is hiring dependable Construction Laborers for commercial and industrial construction projects in the Hershey, PA area. This role is ideal for candidates with at least 2 years of construction experience who can work independently, support multiple trades, and maintain production pace on active jobsites.

Pay & Schedule- Up to $21/hour based on experience
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Typical hours: 7: 00 AM –3: 30 PM
- Overtime opportunities may be available depending on project needs
Responsibilities- Supporting commercial and industrial construction projects
- Material handling, site cleanup, and trade assistance
- Assisting carpenters, electricians, pipefitters, millwrights, and other skilled trades
- Loading/unloading materials and maintaining organized jobsites
- Using basic hand and power tools safely
- Working indoors and outdoors in active construction environments
- Following foreman direction and maintaining safe work practices
Requirements- Minimum 2 years of construction experience
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Comfortable supporting multiple trades on active jobsites
- Ability to maintain pace and reliability throughout the workday
- OSHA 10 preferred but not required to start
- Ability to pass drug screening and background check
