Commercial Construction Estimator - NYC

Job Description

As a Commercial Construction Estimator - NYC you will:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid proposals for commercial construction projects.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to determine project scope and pricing requirements.
  • Perform quantity takeoffs and develop accurate labor, material, and subcontractor estimates.
  • Solicit, analyze, and compare subcontractor and supplier pricing.
  • Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions.
  • Collaborate with project management and field teams during preconstruction and bid turnover.
