Our client is an established commercial general contractor with decades of experience delivering high-quality projects throughout South Florida.

* Prepare budgets, quantity takeoffs, and cost estimates for commercial projects

* Assist with bid solicitation, proposal development, and subcontractor pricing analysis

* Review plans, specifications, and construction documents for scope completeness

* Collaborate with operations and project teams during preconstruction activities

* Maintain accurate estimating records and support value engineering initiatives

Salary: $90,000 base plus benefits
