Commercial Construction Estimator

Join a growing commercial general contractor as an Intermediate Estimator supporting preconstruction efforts across restaurant, hospitality, retail, and office developments. Description

* Prepare budgets, quantity takeoffs, and cost estimates for commercial projects

* Assist with bid solicitation, proposal development, and subcontractor pricing analysis

* Review plans, specifications, and construction documents for scope completeness

* Collaborate with operations and project teams during preconstruction activities

* Maintain accurate estimating records and support value engineering initiatives

Profile

* 3+ years of estimating, project engineering, or construction coordination experience

* Experience developing project budgets and bid proposals

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field

* Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills

* Experience with hospitality, restaurant, retail, or commercial construction preferred

Job Offer

Salary: $90,000 base plus benefits
