Responsibilities may include using hand signals, flags, and other traffic-control equipment to safely direct vehicles and pedestrians. You will communicate with construction crews, monitor traffic conditions, and help maintain a safe work area for employees, drivers, and the public.Flaggers are expected to remain alert and focused throughout the workday, follow all company and job-site safety procedures, and communicate clearly with supervisors and other members of the construction team.
