Seeking an estimator with 3+ years specifically estimating commercial & structural concrete (PT/Conventional Reinforced SOG, Paving, Elevated Deck, Structural Misc. Items). Our estimating team handles a high volume of new construction commercial and multi-family bids with quick turnarounds and frequent change order quoting. Success requires managing multiple estimates and shifting priorities while staying accurate.
What you'll do
- Complete takeoffs through OST and obtain pricing from various concrete and reinforcement vendors.
- Build proposals in our Excel bid template, review with account managers, and submit to general contractors.
- Support project managers with change orders from revised plans.
What you'll bring
Division 3 concrete experience. Working knowledge of drawings, change orders, and SOVs is required.
Location: In Person (Houston).
Compensation: Expected base salary of $55,000 - $80,000, plus potential bonuses. Higher base pay considered for highly experienced candidates.
