Corporate Cleaning Group is looking for a Territory Manager

Location: Lansing, MI & Surrounding Areas (including Charlotte, East Lansing, Grand Ledge, Howell, Mt Pleasant, Okemos, Ovid, St Johns)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Primarily 6:00 PM–12:00 AM, with occasional daytime and weekend responsibilities

Pay: $22- $24 per hour, based on experience

Corporate Cleaning Group (CCG) is seeking a motivated, dependable, and people-focused Territory Manager / Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial cleaning accounts throughout the Lansing area.

This position is primarily evening-based, overseeing commercial cleaning operations throughout the Lansing territory. Some daytime availability is required for occasional customer and employee communications, a weekly operations team meeting, and other business needs. Occasional weekend responsibilities may also be necessary.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management: Oversee a portfolio of commercial cleaning accounts, ensuring cleaning operations run efficiently and established service standards are consistently met.

Team Leadership: Supervise, support, train, and motivate cleaning personnel while reinforcing CCG’s standards and company culture.

Quality Control: Conduct regular building inspections, address service concerns, and follow through on corrective actions.

Budget Management: Monitor staffing levels, labor hours, and territory budgets to maintain operational efficiency.

Staffing & Operations: Assist with employee scheduling, training, attendance, performance management, and staffing needs.

Operations Communication: Participate in weekly operations leadership meetings and maintain timely communication with customers, employees, and company leadership.

Territory Ownership: Take responsibility for the overall performance, customer retention, employee engagement, and long-term success of assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory, management, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable holding employees accountable
• Basic computer and technology skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Commercial cleaning or facilities management experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay of $22–$24 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable personal vehicle and proof of current auto insurance
• Willingness to drive between multiple locations
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods
• Willing to undergo a background check
• Required to download and use free mobile apps on personal phone to conduct daily operations
