Commercial Cleaning Technician (Evening / Part-Time/ Full-Time)

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Technicians to join our team. This role focuses on maintaining clean, sanitary, and professional environments for our clients.

Most shifts occur during evening hours after businesses close.

This position is ideal for individuals looking for consistent part-time work with opportunities for additional hours as the company grows.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• General cleaning of commercial spaces
• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
• Cleaning restrooms and restocking supplies
• Trash removal and recycling
• Disinfecting high-touch surfaces
• Dusting desks, furniture, and common areas
• Maintaining professional appearance of client facilities

WORK ENVIRONMENT

You may work in environments such as:

• Office buildings
• Medical offices
• Clinics and dental offices
• Apartment building common areas
• Commercial facilities

SCHEDULE

Typical shifts may include:

• Evening cleaning (after business hours)
• 3–5 days per week
• 3–5 hours per shift

Exact schedules depend on assigned client locations.

PAY

$18 – $22 per hour depending on experience.

Opportunities for additional hours as new client contracts are secured.

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
• Ability to work evening or after-hours shifts
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Attention to detail and professionalism
• Authorization to work in the United States

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience cleaning offices or commercial spaces
• Experience with medical office cleaning
• Experience with janitorial equipment (vacuums, mops, floor machines)
