What a Day Looks Like
You roll into a clean, well-organized shop and open a service order you created yesterday. First up: a truck‑mounted carpet cleaning unit that needs a fuel-system diagnosis. You pull manufacturer manuals, hook up test equipment, and trace the issue. By mid-morning, you’ve updated the customer by phone, priced the repair, and scheduled pickup in our software. After lunch, you help a teammate lift a dehumidifier onto the bench, present an estimate for a duct-cleaning tool refurbishment, and coordinate parts with a vendor so tomorrow’s workflow stays on track. You finish by tidying your bay and logging productivity—another quality day in the books.
