Commercial Cleaning Area Manager/Supervisor

This is a hands on position, not an office position. The individual selected must be capable of working with little supervision, have good people skills and be a problem solver.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Managing labor needs in our locations throughout Lakeland and Winter Haven- Making sure all services are performed to established standards, and in a timely manner- Quality control of area services using customized scorecards- Maintaining supply levels weekly- Interaction with customer while visiting locations- Conflict resolution- Tracking and reporting weekly progress reports that are custom made for specific sites- Employee recruiting/on boarding- Passion for a job well doneRequirements:- Positive and outgoing- Problem Solver- Fast pacedFLEXIBLE SCHEDULE, PART-TIME. 20-30 HOURS PER WEEK, EVENING ONLY.
