ServiceMaster Commercial Services is hiring a Commercial Cleaning Day Porter to support multiple commercial facilities throughout the Williamsburg area. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule, paid training, and the opportunity to build a long-term career with a company that promotes from within. Whether you're new to commercial cleaning or have previous experience, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

You'll work with a variety of commercial clients, giving you the opportunity to learn new skills, work in different environments, and become a well-rounded technician. Employees who demonstrate reliability, initiative, and leadership often advance into positions such as Building Lead, Floater, Site Supervisor, or Operations Supervisor.

As a Commercial Cleaning Technician, you'll help create clean, healthy, and welcoming workplaces by:

• Cleaning offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting
• Emptying trash and replacing liners
• Cleaning glass, entrances, and high-touch surfaces
• Restocking restroom and paper supplies
• Following company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Providing dependable service that exceeds customer expectations

Assignments may vary based on business needs, giving you the opportunity to learn different facilities and expand your skills.

We're looking for someone who:

• Is dependable and arrives to work on time
• Takes pride in doing quality work
• Enjoys staying active throughout the day
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Has reliable transportation
• Can lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the shift
• Is authorized to work in the United States

Commercial cleaning experience is helpful, but not required.

Compensation: $14.00 per hour
