Job Position Description:
This position is responsible for creating clean and healthy environment for our customer's building and grounds by performing the following duties and responsibilities. Monday thru Friday, 1:30-9:30 p.m. or 2-10 p.m. Duties include but not limited to:
- Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures
- Sweeping, mopping, trash removal, restroom cleaning, interior windows, dusting, break rooms, etc
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
- Use Tennant ride on and walk behind floor machines to clean plant floor
- Daily and weekly maintenance of Tennant ride on and walk behind
Physical Demands and Qualifications:
- Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
- Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.
- Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
- Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
