Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner / Cleaning Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing general janitorial duties across designated commercial facilities. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high sanitation standards, ensuring client satisfaction, and creating safe environments for employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Surface Cleaning & Sanitation: Dust, wipe, and sanitize high-touch surfaces, desks, tables, counters, and office equipment.
Floor Care Maintenance: Sweep, mop, and vacuum carpeted and hard-surface floor areas throughout the facility.
Restroom Maintenance: Deep clean, sanitize, and restock supplies in all restrooms, breakrooms, and kitchen areas.
Trash & Waste Removal: Empty waste receptacles, replace liners, and transport trash to designated disposal areas.
Facility Security: Ensure designated doors, windows, and entryways are secured upon completing shifts.
Inventory Monitoring: Track cleaning chemical levels and supplies, notifying supervisors when reordering is necessary.
Qualifications & Expectations
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal direct supervision.
Physical capability to bend, lift, reach, push, and stand for extended periods.
Punctual, reliable, and possess dependable transportation to and from job locations.
Background check and drug screening may be required prior to placement.
