$19.25 to $19.75/hr | Contract to Hire
Looking for steady work close to home in Asheville? We are hiring Commercial Cleaners for a new site right here in town, with five shift options to fit your schedule.
Pay and Schedule
- $19.25 to $19.75/hr depending on shift
- Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
- Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
- Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (floor tech experience required for this shift)
- Contract to hire, with a path to permanent placement
What You Will Do
- Provide daily cleaning support to high-traffic areas
- Sweep, vacuum, wipe, and mop hallways, restrooms, and elevators
- Restock restrooms with paper towels, tissue, and soap
- Dust furniture, walls, and equipment
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
- Keep cleaning supplies stored safely
What You Need
- US Citizenship or a Valid Green Card (this role is on a federal contract, and citizenship status is a requirement of the position)
- High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent experience
- 2 years of related job experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet for a full shift
- Steel toe shoes, required starting your first day
