WCF, an "A" rated insurance carrier growing across the western United States, is looking to add a skilled claims professional to our expanding team. Our Claims Department has an immediate opening for a Commercial Casualty Claims Manager. We are seeking someone who can demonstrate WCF Insurance values: doing the right thing, being great at your job, and helping others succeed.
This full-time, exempt position is available to candidates located in Sandy, Utah; the Greater Phoenix, Arizona area; or the Greater Denver, Colorado area. This position offers the opportunity for hybrid work, in office Tuesday through Thursday.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
This role requires proven experience handling commercial casualty claims, complex losses, general liability exposures, litigated files, and team leadership.
An internal candidate should have six months in their current position, acceptable job performance, and must notify their current supervisor that they have applied for the position.
Compensation
Expected salary for this position is dependent upon location, education, and experience, however generally follows the below scale:
Utah, Arizona: $101,000 to $126,000 annually,
Colorado: $110,000 to $136,000 annually.
