Pay Rate: $25 - $30

Location: Carmel, Indiana

SCOPE OF WORK

• Install metal stud framing for commercial construction projects.
• Install acoustic ceilings.
• Install commercial doors, frames, and hardware.
• Install wall protection systems.
• Hang and finish drywall.
• Read and interpret construction blueprints.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 6 years of experience required.
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide).
• Demonstrated experience with commercial construction work.
• Skilled in metal stud framing, drywall installation, and drywall finishing.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints.
• No specific education requirement was provided.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS

• Additional commercial carpentry experience is beneficial but not required.
