TradeWorX is hiring Commercial Carpenter Helpers for ongoing projects throughout the Pittsburgh area. This is a strong opportunity for workers with commercial construction, renovation, drywall, framing-assist, or demolition experience who want steady project exposure and the opportunity to remain active across future TradeWorX assignments.

Pay & Overtime:- $20–$22/hour based on experience and assignment
- Overtime varies by project and is not guaranteed
Schedule:- Primarily day shift 40 hours a week
- Current projects may begin as early as 6: 00 AM
- Immediate and upcoming starts

Job Duties:- Assist commercial carpenters and project crews with renovation and interior construction work
- Support selective demolition of drywall, ceilings, flooring, cabinetry, and fixtures
- Assist with drywall, framing, ceiling, and general carpentry-related tasks as assigned
- Measure, move, stage, and organize construction materials
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
- Follow foreman and superintendent direction throughout the project
Requirements:- Previous commercial construction, carpenter-helper, renovation, drywall, or demolition experience preferred
- Basic familiarity with common construction hand and power tools
- Reliable transportation throughout the Pittsburgh area
- Ability to report consistently for early morning starts
- Work boots and appropriate work clothing required
- Strong reliability, safety awareness, and willingness to learn
