Commercial Carpenter (Drywall Finishing / Taping)

Pay: $25–$35 per hour, based on experience
About the role
We’re looking for an experienced commercial carpenter with a strong background in drywall finishing and taping. You’ll be a carpenter first, working across our commercial interior projects, and you’ll be the person we count on for clean, paint-ready finishes. Schedule (5am-2pm M-TH/ 5am-11am Friday)
What you’ll do
- Tape, mud, and sand drywall to Level 4 and Level 5 finishes
- Apply skim coats and finish corners, beads, and trim cleanly
- Patch and repair drywall damage
- Install doors, frames, and hardware
- Handle blocking, backing, and general interior commercial carpentry as needed
- Work with our supervisors and other trades to keep jobs on schedule
What we’re looking for
- 10+ years of commercial carpentry experience
- Strong drywall finishing and taping skills, with a smooth finish under hard lighting
- Your own reliable transportation and hand tools
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working at height
- OSHA 10 is a plus
