Commercial Cabinet Installer

Encompass Woodworking is seeking a skilled Commercial Cabinet Installer to join our growing team. Specializing in high-quality commercial cabinetry and millwork, we value craftsmanship, exceptional customer service, and a positive work environment. This role involves daily travel to installation sites where you will work independently and as part of a team to install and repair commercial cabinets accurately and efficiently according to specifications.

Responsibilities

• Load, deliver, and install commercial cabinets on-site
• Interpret blueprints and schematics for precise installation
• Ensure accurate measurements and proper alignment of cabinetry
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with project managers
• Maintain an organized, clean work environment and job site
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent Encompass Woodworking professionally
• Address installation challenges with effective problem-solving
• Assist with vehicle maintenance and upkeep of company vans/trucks

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cabinet installation
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficient in reading blueprints and installation techniques
• Skilled use of hand and power tools
• Strong measurement and alignment capabilities
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective teamwork and communication abilities
• Committed work ethic and professional attitude
• Professional appearance and communication on job sites
