    Freshly Printed: The Role You've Been Looking For

    We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our commercial bindery team, which plays a critical role in the final stages of the printing process by assembling and finishing printed materials into their final, customer-ready form. This position requires strong attention to detail, patience, and a commitment to following well-defined procedures to produce high-quality, error-free results. The work is steady, clearly outlined, and best suited for someone who thrives in a structured, independent, and professional environment.

    From Setup to Finish: Your Role in the Process

    • Perform finishing tasks such as collating, stitching, punching, coiling, cutting, gluing, and packing printed materials
    • Operate small bindery equipment as needed
    • Follow job ticket instructions to meet customer requirements and deadlines
    • Maintain safe work habits and follow standard procedures for efficient production
    • Accurately record time and materials in a designated computer system
    • Perform basic machine upkeep, including cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting

    The Fine Print: What You Need to Succeed

    • Must be quality-minded and pay attention to detail
    • Must be able to read and understand a job ticket
    • Requires problem-solving ability
    • Must have strong attendance and good work ethic
    • Ability to work overtime when necessary
    • Must be at least 18 years of age to operate equipment
    • Basic computer skills to perform data entry and job tracking
    • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform pulling, pushing, reaching, stooping, and standing activities for the entirety of the shift

    Your Production Schedule:

    • Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
    • Overtime available
