Role Overview
We are seeking a Commercial Banking Expert with strong domain knowledge to support business initiatives, operational improvements, and transformation programs. The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert across commercial banking products, processes, and regulatory considerations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide subject matter expertise in commercial banking products & services
Support initiatives across lending, credit, treasury, trade finance, and cash management
Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams
Analyze, design, and optimize banking workflows and processes
Translate business needs into functional requirements
Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk frameworks
Required Skills & Experience
6–12 years of experience in the Commercial Banking domain
Solid understanding of lending & credit processes
Knowledge of treasury, payments, and commercial banking operations
Experience in business analysis, process improvement, or transformation initiatives
Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in digital or banking transformation programs
Familiarity with core banking systems or platforms
Consulting or advisory experience (nice to have)
