Commercial Banking Relationship Manager

Hybrid | Northern Colorado
Base Salary $85,380-$106,725 + Commission

A financial institution is seeking an experienced commercial lending professional to develop new business and manage an existing portfolio of commercial clients.

Responsibilities:

• Grow and manage a commercial loan portfolio.
• Develop new business through networking and referrals.
• Guide clients through the commercial lending process.
• Review applications and coordinate with credit and underwriting teams.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• Existing commercial loan portfolio or established business relationships.
• Three to five years of commercial or business lending experience.
• Proven success meeting lending or production goals.
• Strong knowledge of commercial banking products and regulations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Ability to work onsite approximately 50% of the time.
