Our client is a well-established commercial general contractor with a strong presence throughout the Carolinas and Southeast. The company delivers a diverse portfolio of multifamily, senior living, industrial, commercial, and renovation projects while maintaining a reputation for organization, transparency, and client-focused project delivery.
Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish. Support the preparation and management of project schedules and budgets. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met. Monitor project progress and report on any deviations to the project manager. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Assist with procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction. Maintain accurate project documentation and records. Collaborate with the project team to resolve any issues or challenges that arise.
