Commercial Account Manager

Red River Commercial Roofing is looking for competitive, trustworthy and experienced Account Managers to help us expand our commercial business.

Account Manager roles include managing current business accounts, discovering new prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.

If you have excellent communication skills and are comfortable managing accounts, we'd like to meet you!

Ultimately, you'll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company's sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current client relationships
• Conduct market research to identify new client opportunities
• Set up meetings with potential clients to identify their needs and concerns
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions, conferences and trade association events
• Negotiate / Close deals and handle complaints & objections
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Business Account Manager or relevant role
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office products
• Hands on experience w/ CRM software a plus
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
• High School Degree
