A well established insurance brokerage is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support a growing book of middle market business. Compensation and Benefits
Base salary: $85,000 to $100,000

Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Producers to service and retain commercial accounts
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and high touch service
- Review policies and recommend appropriate coverage enhancements
- Manage new business, renewals, endorsements, audits, and cancellations with accuracy and efficiency
- Assist with proposals, marketing efforts, and carrier submissions
- Educate clients on coverage details, exclusions, and policy requirements
- Coordinate with carriers and wholesalers to secure competitive terms
- Maintain accurate records within the agency management system
- Support invoicing and billing processes as needed
Qualifications
- Active P&C license required
- 5 or more years of commercial lines experience within an independent agency or brokerage
- Strong knowledge across commercial property and casualty coverages
- Highly organized with the ability to manage
