At Paul Davis Restoration, we help businesses and property owners recover when fire, water, storms, mold, and other property damage disrupt their operations. We provide emergency mitigation, reconstruction, and contents services throughout Greater Cincinnati, Dayton, and Northern Kentucky.

As we grow, we're looking for a driven relationship builder who can develop commercial accounts, create long-term partnerships, and generate meaningful revenue by making Paul Davis the restoration company businesses call when property damage occurs.

The Opportunity

This is an outside B2B sales role focused on developing relationships that generate commercial restoration opportunities and revenue. You'll identify target accounts, connect with decision-makers, build relationships before a loss occurs, and position Paul Davis as their trusted restoration partner.

Target relationships include:

• Commercial property owners and property managers
• Facility and operations managers
• Multifamily and apartment communities
• Healthcare, senior living, education, and industrial facilities
• Insurance brokers, risk managers, and commercial insurance professionals
• General contractors and strategic referral partners

Success isn't measured simply by networking activity. It's measured by relationships created, opportunities generated, accounts developed, and commercial revenue produced.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop new commercial accounts throughout our market.
• Build relationships with property managers, facility leaders, business owners, brokers, risk managers, and other decision-makers.
• Position Paul Davis as a preferred restoration partner before property damage occurs.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, facility visits, and emergency-response planning.
• Turn prospecting and relationships into qualified opportunities and revenue.
• Develop existing relationships into repeat and referral business.
• Attend targeted industry, networking, and community events.
• Partner with operations to provide a smooth transition from sales to project execution.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, opportunities, follow-ups, and forecasts.

What We're Looking For

• Proven B2B outside sales, business development, or account development experience
• Strong prospecting and new-account development skills
• Ability to build long-term relationships while asking for the business
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Confidence working with executives and commercial decision-makers
• Strong follow-up habits and personal accountability
• Self-directed, competitive, persistent, and results-oriented
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the market

Experience in commercial real estate, property management, facilities, construction, restoration, insurance, or building services is valuable but not required.

What Success Looks Like

You'll build a growing pipeline of qualified commercial prospects, convert targeted organizations into active accounts, develop repeat and referral relationships, and generate measurable commercial restoration revenue.

Ultimately, you'll become a trusted resource clients think of before they experience a property loss.
