Job Overview:
Pay Range: $35.00hr - $45.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Minimum 2 year technical degree required.
- 3-5 years of direct field experience in a directional drilling/MWD service business in North America Land.
- Recent MWD experience, specifically electromagnetic (EM) telemetry within the last 3 5 years.
- Strong computer literacy including MS Excel and PowerBI.
- Comfortable talking directly with customers.
- Ability to perform shifts for 24/7 support on a rotating schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to clients running equipment in the field.
- Escalate issues to the proper technical role within the organization as necessary.
- Catalog information from equipment activity and issues in the appropriate business systems.
- Consolidate information regularly to update the organization on ongoing field activity.
- Process and catalog field data to make it available to the organization on a continual basis.
- Provide technical support for issues and escalate problems systematically.
Nice to Have:
- Working knowledge of XEM, xBolt, and other specific MWD systems.
- Familiarity with rotary steerable systems.
- Familiarity with PowerBI and other basic data analysis tools.
- Prior experience with XEM/xBolt systems.
