CTG's long-standing Fortune 500 client of over 15 years has a W2 contract assignment for a Comm Process Specialist I, to support sales operations, Salesforce (SFDC) reporting, and commercial process improvement initiatives. This role partners closely with regional sales leadership to deliver actionable sales insights, improve operational efficiency, and support sales enablement initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce, sales analytics, reporting, forecasting coordination, and process improvement in a fast-paced business environment. Type: Contract Job Title: Comm Process Specialist I Location: Charlotte, NC (hybrid remote) Pay Rate: Based on experience Work Hours: M-F 8am-5pm Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field Key Responsibilities Analyze and report on Salesforce (SFDC), revenue, and POS data to support business decision-making Coordinate commercial forecasting, pipeline reviews, and weekly sales reporting activities Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, operational efficiency, and revenue enablement Partner with IT and business teams to support SFDC tools and sales enablement initiatives Train and support sales teams on Salesforce best practices and reporting tools Develop reporting dashboards, presentations, and operational summaries for leadership Support continuous improvement initiatives that reduce non-productive selling time Provide additional business reporting and analysis as needed Requirements Minimum 3+ years of experience in data analysis, sales operations, or commercial process support Working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint Ability to summarize and communicate complex data clearly and effectively Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Power BI experience or knowledge preferred Experience supporting sales enablement initiatives and commercial reporting environments Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment Strong attention to detail and customer-focused mindset Additional Information No third party resumes will be accepted Drug testing and/or other employment-related inquiries may be conducted CTG will consider for employment-qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
