Position Overview

The Comfort Advisor is a consultative sales professional responsible for helping homeowners select the best heating and cooling solutions for their needs. This role focuses on building trust, providing expert recommendations, and achieving sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong rapport with customers and assess comfort needs
  • Recommend appropriate HVAC equipment and service solutions
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Prepare accurate, complete sales proposals for installation teams
  • Clearly communicate product options, pricing, and financing
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements
  • Generate referrals and promote the company’s reputation
  • Maintain knowledge of local market conditions and customer needs
  • Contribute to departmental sales goals and growth initiatives

Qualifications

  • Proven sales ability with strong closing skills preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused, consultative sales approach
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable using mobile technology and software systems
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required
