Comfort Advisor (2025-1049)

Role Overview

 

• As a Comfort Advisor, you’ll be the trusted guide for homeowners, helping them create a more comfortable, efficient, and safe living environment. You’ll meet with customers in their homes, assess their heating and cooling needs, and design tailored solutions that fit their lifestyle and budget. Beyond presenting system options, you’ll educate homeowners on energy efficiency, system performance, and the benefits of our services—turning your expertise into solutions that truly make a difference in their daily lives, all while providing growth for your income and career.

 

 

 

What You Bring

 

• You bring at least 5 years of sales experience and a proven ability to close deals, even if HVAC is new to you.

• You excel at building authentic, positive relationships with residential customers.

• You enjoy guiding customers toward solutions that improve their comfort at home.

• Strong communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills come naturally to you.

• You are comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and lifting objects.

• Your work history demonstrates stability, consistent success, and a strong work ethic.

• You bring high levels of motivation, integrity, and physical aptitude to every interaction.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Meet with homeowners to assess HVAC needs and provide tailored comfort solutions.

• Build strong customer relationships by educating clients on products, services, and options.

• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.

• Develop sales proposals that are accurate, complete, and easily transferable to the installation team.

• Negotiate and close projects while driving sales to meet or exceed budgeted goals and support business growth.

• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in ServiceTitan.

• Collaborate with office and installation teams to ensure smooth, efficient project execution.

• Use Microsoft Office Suite for reporting, documentation, and communications.

• Attend company meetings and participate in product or vendor trainings.

• Work occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate customer schedules and seasonal demand.

• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with customers, coworkers, and vendors at all times.

 

 

Requirements

 

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

 

 

Physical Requirements

 

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to climb ladders, work in attics and crawlspaces, and be exposed to varying weather conditions.

 

Possess valid drivers license
