Combat Management Systems Engineer

The Combat Management Systems (CMS) Engineer will serve as the Integration & Test (INT) Lead for integration and testing of CMS with AAW and Launcher subsystems for future integration onto a naval ship.  Lead will be responsible for development and execution of comprehensive test plans, coordinate dry‑run and formal test events (i.e. Navy Cert Testing), acting as INT liaison between LM / OEMs / USN stakeholders.

Experience:

Minimum 8 years of experience in combat systems integration and testing

Proven leadership of complex shipboard CMS integration projects

Direct involvement in EA and NCT events for Navy platforms

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of CMS architecture, AAW fire control, and missile launcher interfaces

Proficiency with test tools

Experience with model‑based systems engineering (MBSE)

Requirements traceability

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience with LM CMS platforms (AEGIS, C21, SQQ-89)

Familiarity with LM systems engineering tools, processes and procedures

Prior experience working DoD / FMS programs

Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance (active Secret or higher preferred)
