Start Time: 5:30 AM or 6:30 AM until route is complete
Overtime: Holidays, special occasions, and Saturdays may require mandatory overtime

Job SummaryThe Driver Helper / Loader assists the driver with daily routes by loading materials, maintaining a safe work environment, and helping ensure routes are completed efficiently and on time.
Responsibilities
- Assist the driver with daily collection routes
- Load materials safely and efficiently
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Work as part of a team to complete assigned routes
- Report to the job site prior to the scheduled start time
- Clock in at the beginning of the shift and clock out at the end of the shift
- Complete routes until all assigned work is finished
RequirementsAdditional Qualifications:
- Reliable and dependable attendance
- Ability to work early morning hours
- Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays, holidays, and special occasions when required
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Must be willing to work until the assigned route is complete
- Must wear work boots that cover the ankle
- Tennis shoes are NOT permitted
Dress Code
- Long pants or jeans
- Shorts are permitted during warmer seasons
- T-shirt
- Work boots above the ankle
- NO TENNIS SHOES
- PPE will be provided on your first day

- Check in with the onsite supervisor prior to your shift.
- Clock in at the beginning of your shift.
