What your future day will look like:

• Welcome customers, identify their needs, and provide exceptional service through account servicing, transactions, and relationship-building activities.
• Open, maintain, and service consumer and business accounts while ensuring compliance with banking regulations and procedures.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and other teller transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist customers with digital banking tools, mobile banking, card controls, and online account access.
• Guide customers through consumer loan applications, gather documentation, track loan progress, and coordinate closing activities within established authority levels.
• Support military service members, trainees, veterans, and their families by helping them navigate banking services during key life and career transitions.

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• 5 years prior banking experience in personal banking or universal banking ( account opening, customer service, or branch operations required)
• Consumer lending experience or the ability to complete lending training successfully preferred
• Experience with consumer and business deposit accounts, digital banking platforms, and cash handling procedures
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills with the ability to explain financial products clearly
• Ability to maintain installation access and work scheduled branch hours, including rotating Saturdays and occasional early or late shifts
• Military service experience or experience serving military customers is preferred, but not required
• Clean background and credit check
