Job Summary:
Education / Experience / KnowledgeEducation: Minimum High School Graduate/GED Equivalent, College Degree and/or Trade Certification preferredExperience: Minimum (1-2) years supervisory experience in a mining/manufacturing operation.Knowledge: Knowledge of mechanical equipment and systems in a mining/manufacturing operationEssential FunctionSafely and economically produce quality artificial granules for SGI customers. Be a role model for safety, while driving a continuous improvement culture within your work group. Lead, manage and develop work skills of employees. Manage costs at the lowest possible level while producting the quantity and quality of granules on-time and according to the production plan. Lead and manage special projects involving coloring and or employees. Build and coach cross functional teams for continuous improvement.
