Contract Duration: 6-months contract through March 28, 2027 (hard end date)
About the Role
We are seeking a Color Graphics Designer to support upcoming projects within the NSW Apparel Color Design team. This role focuses on creating and refining color-driven graphic concepts for apparel and lifestyle products. The ideal candidate combines strong graphic design skills with a high level of color sensibility, creativity, and attention to detail.
This is a highly collaborative and directive role where you'll work closely with the design team to execute graphics ranging from simple logo applications to more complex and expressive creative artwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and develop graphic concepts for apparel and lifestyle products.
- Apply strong color sensibility to graphic artwork and design solutions.
- Work within established color palettes and brand direction.
- Edit and refine pre-existing graphics and image assets as needed.
- Develop presentation materials to communicate design concepts, process, and storytelling.
- Collaborate with the Apparel Color Design team to execute seasonal and project-based initiatives.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all graphic deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, color graphics, apparel design, industrial design, or related creative disciplines.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating:
- Color-focused design work
- Graphic artwork and logo development
- Diverse creative projects
- Design process and storytelling
- Strong proficiency with:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Demonstrated ability to create a wide range of graphics, from simple branded assets to highly creative and complex visual concepts.
- Strong aesthetic judgment and understanding of color, lifestyle, and trend-driven design.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with pre-developed color palettes and existing graphic assets.
- Experience in color design.
- Familiarity with:

- Vizcom
- AI-powered design tools
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to think quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience within or the broader apparel, fashion, or sporting goods industry
