    Description

    Manages employees by the Companies Standard Operation Procedures

    Must have experience managing a collision center/shop.

    Deductibles: inform customers of their deductible responsibility during the estimate process. Check to see if one applies and who is responsible, and do not release the car until a deductible has been paid

    Office meeting: Manager is responsible for and will host the meeting daily or weekly with their management team and for the effectiveness of all.

    Production Meeting**:

    Best Practices meeting: Manager is responsible for the by-weekly team meeting after payroll has been turned in, this meeting is to set goals and solve problems, Manager should create an agenda and plan for the meeting with a topic to discuss.

    Ensure Parts Management to bill to each RO after 100% disassembly accounting for fasteners, bonding material, lights, and liquids used in the repair process and maximizing the use of this process to generate profit.

    Insurance DRP/Fleet guidelines: Know/adhere to, fight for safe, ethical procedures and times.

    We will need to collect the initial payment from the customer before the vehicle is dropped off for repairs. We will not order parts, start repairs or disassembly of the vehicle until we have collected the initial payment from the customer.

    Quality control: Use CCC checklists.

    Hand Delivery: each car, with a warranty, final bill, and review of repairs.

    You should be proficient in:

    • Coaching and Mentoring Experience
