We're looking for a customer-focused Collision Repair Estimator who enjoys building relationships, working with insurance companies, and helping customers through the repair process from start to finish.

What You'll Do
- Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service
- Prepare accurate repair estimates for scheduled appointments and walk-in customers
- Sell repair services by clearly explaining the repair process
- Communicate with technicians regarding repair plans and supplements
- Work directly with insurance companies to process supplements and approvals
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Deliver completed vehicles and review repairs with customers
- Collect final payments and complete repair documentation
- Maintain accurate repair files and administrative records
What We're Looking For
- Experience in collision repair estimating preferred
- Knowledge of collision repair procedures and repair methods
- Experience using CCC ONE and Mitchell Connect estimating software preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple repairs while maintaining accuracy
- Positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork
