What You'll Do
- Greet customers warmly and conduct thorough damage assessments on their vehicles
- Write accurate, detailed collision repair estimates using industry-standard estimating software (e.g., CCC One)
- Review and clearly explain repair plans to customers in a friendly, customer-focused manner
- Coordinate with insurance adjusters to secure approvals and ensure adherence to proper repair protocols
- Collaborate closely with technicians, painters, and parts staff to streamline workflow and meet turnaround (cycle time) targets
- Keep customers regularly updated on repair progress and delivery timelines
- Ensure all estimates align with OEM repair standards and uphold shop quality benchmarks
