Parts Coordinator – Key Collision

Key Collision is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Parts Coordinator to join our growing team. If you have a background in the automotive industry and are looking to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment where precision matters, we’d love to hear from you.

• Order, receive, inspect, and organize parts for automotive repair jobs

• Maintain accurate inventory records and communicate with technicians regarding parts status

• Coordinate returns and warranty items with vendors

• Ensure all parts are properly labeled and stored

• Assist with deliveries and parts distribution to the correct work areas

• Prior experience in the automotive industry is required

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling parts and documentation

• Ability to lift 40 lbs or more regularly

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others
