Collision Center Estimator - Team Lead

Largest Collision Center in the Blair County Area looking for a Collision Center Estimator

To enhance Stuckey Automotive's customer experience by providing an extraordinary Collision Center experience. Important Job Tasks:• Prepare and write estimates assist with daily shop• Greet Customers, submit and make insurance claims• Take Photos for Upload and Approval• Lead team of technicians and parts personnel to achieve monthly goals• Dispatch work orders to technicians to ensure maximum productivity• Prepare and submit warranty claims• Knowledge of Major Insurance Companies and Procedures• Develop estimates, cost components of parts, supplies and labor• Follow Guidelines set in Stuckey Automotive Handbook• Prepare Work Orders• Detailed Repair and Replacement Services Required• Maintain Customer focus and contact on a regular basis while in the Repair Process• Reconcile and Prepare Invoice• Attend training as directed or necessary to increase quality and efficiency• Prepare and write estimates assist with daily shop• Greet Customers, submit and make insurance claims• Take Photos for Upload and Approval• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail• Working knowledge of activities, methods, procedures, and policies of the Service Department• General knowledge of collision activities• Excellent communication and listening skills to resolve issues in a professional and tactful manner over the phone and in person• Ability to accept additional tasks, duties and/or direction from managementReports to Collision Manager
