Co-op Job Description

The Co-op will support Independence Blue Cross's efforts to identify growth opportunities, advance strategic initiatives, and improve execution across key business priorities. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, support strategic planning activities, track initiative performance, and provide insights that help leadership make data-driven decisions.

Required Skills

• Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize information and solve complex problems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Collaborative team player with a willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated interest in strategic planning, business transformation, program management, corporate development, healthcare, or related business functions.
