    Campus President

    Location: Renton, WA | On-Site

    Type: Full-Time | Salaried Exempt

    Compensation: $120,000 – $157,080 per year + Annual Executive Bonus Structure

    Position Summary

    Pima Medical Institute, a trusted provider of healthcare education celebrating over 50 years of excellence, is seeking a visionary Campus Director to lead our Renton campus.

    As the chief executive leader of the campus, you will hold full P&L ownership, driving student enrollment, retention, and graduate placement while ensuring strict adherence to accreditation and state/federal regulatory standards. You will cultivate a high-performance, student-centric learning environment, lead a dedicated team of administrative faculty and staff, and serve as PMI’s primary brand ambassador in the local healthcare community.

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategic Financial Management & Campus Growth:

    • P&L Ownership: Manage total campus financial operations, including budget development, resource/fund allocations, capital expenditures, and strict cost controls.

    • Enrollment & Operations: Lead strategic initiatives to drive enrollment growth and maximize campus resource efficiency in alignment with corporate goals.

    Academic Leadership & Student Outcomes:

    • Student Retention & Success: Monitor key performance metrics (retention, course completion, graduation, and placement rates), deploying proactive retention strategies.

    • Campus Culture: Develop and implement academic and student affairs programs that foster an inclusive, engaging, and supportive adult learning environment.

    Regulatory Compliance & Operations:

    • Accreditation Standards: Ensure 100% compliance with institutional/programmatic accreditation standards, Department of Education (DOE) mandates, and state regulations.

    • Facilities & Risk: Oversee campus facilities, security, safety, and operational workflows to maintain a safe, high-functioning learning facility.

    Talent Management & Community Engagement:

    • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate high-performing administrative leaders, department heads, and faculty.

    • Community Partnerships: Build strong relationships with local healthcare providers and community leaders to enhance clinical partnerships and graduate employment pipelines.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.

    • Executive Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of direct experience as a Campus Director, Campus President, or equivalent senior executive leadership role in private/proprietary higher education.

    • Regulatory Expertise: Demonstrated understanding of higher education accreditation processes, regulatory compliance, and Title IV/DOE standards.

    • Financial Management: Proven proficiency in budget development, P&L management, and resource allocation within an educational setting.

    • Leadership & Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, written, and public speaking skills with a track record of leading diverse teams and driving continuous operational improvement.

     

    Executive Compensation & Benefits

    • Hiring Range: $120,000 to $157,080 per year + Annual Performance Bonus Structure.
