JOB SUMMARY: AIMS College Prep High School is seeking a College & Career Success Teacher to support students across all Golden State Pathways Program (GSPP) pathways (Medical, Law, Business, and Graphic Design/Coding) in preparing for the SAT and AP exams, building the life and self-advocacy skills needed to succeed in college and career, and planning for college entrance, persistence, and graduation. This position works closely with Academic Counselors, the Director of Student Support Services, and the Head of School to deliver support for Advisory, SAT/AP Prep, Dual Enrollment and College Planning components of AIMS's GSPP Program of Study across grades 9-12, and directly advances GSPP Outcomes 1 (Integrated Program of Study), 2 (Postsecondary Credits), and 4 (Integrated Support Services).

ALIGNMENT WITH GSPP FUNDING:
This position is funded through the AIMS College Prep GSPP Implementation Grant. Per GSPP Appendix J (Expenditure Guidelines), salary for additional personnel providing comprehensive career guidance, counseling, and pupil support services for GSPP career, academic, and social-emotional needs is an allowable use of grant funds. This role directly supports GSPP Outcome 1 (Integrated Program of Study), Outcome 2 (Postsecondary Credits), and Outcome 4 (Integrated Support Services), and contributes data toward AIMS's Action Plan and Appendix B progress reporting.
