Reporting to the Director of Program Engagement and Evaluation, the Program Performance Technician serves a variety of functions including the setup and maintenance of student records, data entry for student registration and LEIS, grades, graduates, and contact hours; updating and monitoring Adult High School student transcripts; maintaining official transcript documentation and records; assisting with course roster pre-audit and processing; and maintaining confidentiality of student records through established procedures. This position provides complete and accurate LEIS reports, assessments, and student retention data for the Adult Education Program, and administers TABE, CASAS, and other NRS-approved assessments in person and remotely according to National Reporting System (NRS) testing requirements. This position analyzes and evaluates data related to student performance and retention and provides their findings to their supervisor.
This position also is responsible for the verification of all attendance records that serve as the basis for accurate post-testing hours and budgetary FTE, and alerting leadership of any classes that do not have the required documentation to receive FTE or be counted for post-testing.
Min Salary $44,993.26 Mid Salary $50,617.41 - We offer a competitive salary package that will be determined based on the candidate's experience level and qualifications related to the job.
