We're looking for a driven Collections Specialist to support a fast-paced AR team in Oklahoma City. This is a great contract opportunity to step in, make an impact, and help clean up aging accounts.
What you'll do:
Manage a portfolio of accounts and drive timely collections
Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and deductions
Communicate with clients via phone/email to reduce past-due balances
Partner with internal teams to resolve billing issues and disputes
What you bring:
2-3+ years of commercial collections experience
Strong Excel + ERP skills, Microsoft Dynamics and ticketing/case management systems
Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
