Collections Specialist – TNT Financial Inc.
Position Type: Full-Time (40 Hours per Week)
Compensation: Hourly Pay + Performance Bonuses
TNT Financial Inc. is seeking a motivated and professional Collections Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and experience communicating effectively with consumers while maintaining professionalism and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Contact consumers regarding past-due accounts and arrange payment solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining collection goals.
- Handle difficult conversations professionally and effectively de-escalate situations.
- Perform skip tracing activities using multiple databases and resources.
- Document all account activity accurately and thoroughly.
- Manage a high volume of calls while maintaining attention to detail.
- Follow company policies and applicable collection regulations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department objectives.
Qualifications
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn multiple software programs.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Experience in collections, customer service, call center operations, or skip tracing is preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
