The Collections Resolution Representative serves as the first line of defense against delinquency for Porsche Financial Services, Bentley Financial Services, and Lamborghini Financial Services. This role is responsible for managing past-due retail and lease accounts, working directly with customers to resolve payment issues, establish payment arrangements, and reduce financial risk while delivering a professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Contact delinquent customers via inbound and outbound calls, email, and written correspondence.
Investigate reasons for delinquency and negotiate payment solutions.
Set up and monitor payment arrangements to bring accounts current.
Maintain accurate account documentation and collection activities within company systems.
Reconcile payment and billing histories to ensure account accuracy.
Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate customers and update contact information.
Follow FDCPA regulations, state collection laws, and company policies.
Resolve customer concerns while minimizing escalations.
Collaborate with internal teams to support account resolution and loss mitigation efforts.
Meet collection performance metrics and productivity goals.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
2+ years of collections, customer service, financial services, or related experience.
2+ years of automotive finance experience preferred.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
