Collection Representative – Stable Pay with Incentives
We are seeking a dependable Collection Representative to join our team. This position focuses on consistent account resolution, excellent consumer communication, and strict compliance with all regulations.
Pay Structure:

Schedule:
- Full-time
- Monday–Thursday 7 AM- 4 PM Friday 7 AM- 12PM
- Consistent daytime schedule
- No overnight shifts or weekends
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with consumers regarding unpaid accounts respectfully and professionally
- Accept and post payments accurately
- Explain account balances, payment options, and next steps
- Conduct follow-ups according to company procedures
- Maintain complete and accurate account records
- Escalate accounts appropriately when further action is authorized
Qualifications:
- Experience in collections, billing, customer service, or related fields preferred
- Strong listening skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while following structured procedures
- Professional communication skills
- Strong ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with customers
- Excellent verbal, typing skills and written communication skills are a must
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Compliance Standards:
- All collection efforts must comply with the FDCPA, state laws, and internal policies
- Representatives are expected to always maintain professionalism and transparency
- Ongoing compliance training and call monitoring provided
