Pay Rate: $21.48 - $22.68 per hour

Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Duties

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding account inquiries and payment arrangements
• Answer customer questions and provide timely, professional support
• Discuss payment options and negotiate repayment solutions
• Respond to customer emails with accurate and helpful information
• Troubleshoot account issues and resolve customer concerns efficiently
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
• Follow call scripts, company policies, and compliance requirements
• Maintain a positive, professional experience during every customer interaction
• Meet productivity, quality, and performance goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong customer service, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Comfortable multitasking across multiple computer systems
• Strong typing, data entry, and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of standard office software and procedures
• Ability to problem-solve and resolve customer concerns effectively
• Goal-oriented with a willingness to learn and meet performance targets
• Reliable attendance and ability to work onsite in Geneseo, NY
