Role: Collections Specialist, Part-Time
Hours: 9a - 3p, Mon - Fri (30 hours weekly)
Location: Lawrenceville, GA 30046
Pay: $20 - $23/hour
Were seeking an experienced B2B Collections Specialist to join our team, focused exclusively on commercial collections. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, detail oriented, and comfortable communicating directly with business clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of B2B accounts, driving timely collections
- Contact customers and take payments over the phone
- Research accounts and resolve discrepancies using internal systems
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on outstanding balances
Qualifications:
- Required: Direct B2B collections experience (commercial accounts)
- Must be comfortable handling payment transactions over the phone
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and general MS Office tools
- Experience with Salesforce and/or WebConnect preferred
